Default Support a good cause

Just over a year ago my struggle with breast cancer started. Three surgeries and chemotherapy later, my hair is beginning to regrow and I have started to hope that I will see my baby grow upand enter the convent ( ).

I urge each of you to support the fight against this insidious disease by purchasing "pink" items from local US retailers. October is breast cancer awareness month and pink is popping up all over---M&Ms, those rubber bracelets that Lance Armstrong has made chic, even pink Foreman Grills. Companies like Target donate 100% of profits made to organizations like City of Hope and the Komen Foundation.

I never want my sweet child to experience the things that I have had to this year. Please support this cause.

Breast cancer is something everyone should be concerned about; It's likely to touch your lives directly or indirectly.
Yourself, your spouse, a close friend, your mother, your daughter, you just don't know how it's going to play out.

Breast cancer incidence in women has increased from one in 20 in 1960 to one in seven today.

Wow, congrats to you for struggling through something I admit I have no idea how hard can be. You must be a really strong person.
I've been wearing my "Support Knowledge Strength" Bracelet for months now, cos it is the very least I can do.

I hope you continue to improve and stay strong I really do. My thoughts are with you.

I am praying for you and will continue to do so.
Oncology isn't my specialty, but I'd be happy to answer any simple questions you might have - nothing is too "trivial" - just PM me.

/Casts Restore Life

I'd almost forgotten, I'm so scatter-brained. It is once again October, which means National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

If you're able to, please take a little time to read up on it, and show your support. Though a significant portion of gamer population is male, whether it's your family, close friends, or spouse, it's generally only a matter of time until this hits close to home with you.
